A creation and DJ duo who focus on melodic, carefree dance music that pulls from spirit, funk, disco, rap, and pop, the Knocks were shaped in 2008 by Wayne “JPatt” Patterson and Ben “DJ B-Roc” Ruttner. Patterson and Ruttner fulfilled at NY City’s New College and shared a flat, where they setup small documenting studios within their rooms.
