His Richard Childress Racing (RCR) team is one of the most successful teams in the history of NASCAR. A number of its Sprint Cup Motorists are Paul Menard, Kevin Harvick, Jeff Burton and Clint Bowyer. Other motorists included National Series driver Austin Dillion, Camping World Truck driver Joey Coulter and Arca Re/Max Series motorists Tim George Jr. and Ty Dillion.
