Paula Wagner is an American film producer and executive. Her mom was a news magazine editor while her dad was a business proprietor. She attended the Drama section at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Wagner started her career with all the Youngstown Playhouse before he went to school. She left Carnegie Mellon and moved to NYC to pursue her acting career. She went back to school and graduated Summa Cum Laude. When she went back to The Big Apple, she wed Robin Wagner, a Broadway set designer. She met Rick Nicita as well as the two got married. While working at CAA, she and Cruise formed C/W productions and produced the international success Mission: Impossible. She also functions as a film producer and studio executive in addition to developing movies, theater and television together with her production business Chestnut Ridge Productions (CRP).
