Hines was selected by The Pittsburgh Steelers in the 3rd round of the NFL Draft of 1998. He later became the team’s all time leader in receptions and received yardage and touchdown receptions. He played as a wide receiver for the University of Georgia Bulldogs and had 149 career receptions throughout the period 1994-1997. Ward has been put second in the team history.
