Produced in May 2, 1967, she’s a native of Buffalo, Minnesota. She received her bachelors degree in Meteorology and also did a minor in mathematics. Shortly after she joined WXPT TV as meteorologist and later on moved to WGME TV situated in Portland Maine. She worked for two years at WGAL TV located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and then moved to WCCO TV situated in Minneapolis. She joined The Weather Channel in 1999.
