Gus Malzahn is an American school football coach and former football player that has an estimated net worth of $3.5 million. Gus Malzahn became a football player when he was Arizona Razorbacks as walk on receiver in 1984 to 1985. Subsequently, he transferred to Henderson State Reddies wherein he was two-year letterman. Malzahn took on the coaching position at Springfield Bulldogs in 2001. Subsequently, he headed the team in winning the Class 5A tournament in 2005. Additionally on the exact same year, he returned to Razorbacks as offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach. During the 2006 season, the Razorbacks won the SEC Western Division championship. Following annually, Malzahn received an offer from Tulsa and took the job as offensive coordinator. He also became Auburn Tigers’ offensive coordinator in 2008. Malzahn was chosen by ESPN as among the top recruiters in the Southern Conference in 2011. Subsequently, he was selected to function as the head coach for Arkansas State. Malzahn replaced Gene Chizik as Auburn Tigers’ head coach in the year 2012. He’s married to Kristi Otwell and has two kids.
