Grant Hill is a retired American professional basketball player that has an estimated net worth of $180 million. Grant Hill began his journey as a basketball player when he joined Duke University’s Blue Devils. He directed the team in winning the 1991 and 1992 tournament. In 1993, he received Henry Iba Corinthian Award as among the top defensive player and ACC Player of the Year in 1994. Hill was selected by the Detroit Pistons through the NBA Draft in 1994. Along with Dallas Mavericks’ Jason Kidd, he received the NBA Rookie of the Year honors. His stint with all the Magic kept him to play because of injuries. In 2007, Hill went to Phoenix Suns as he appeared in 82 games with all the team. When Hill’s contract together with the Suns expired, he pursue to sign a contract with all the Los Angeles Clippers in 2012. After 19 seasons in the NBA, he declared his retirement on June 1, 2013. Besides playing in NBA, Hill also participated in the Olympics as Team USA won gold medal through the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. He graduated from Duke University using a double degree in history and political science. On July 24, 1999, he got married to singer Tamia and has two kids.
