For Lovers Only Bio/Wiki 2018
For Enthusiasts Only enjoyed a short stint on Motown Information from 1994-1995. Championed from the Temptations’ Otis Williams and Melvin Franklin, that they had one LP and two singles released. The people had been Terry Wayne Weeks from Birmingham, AL; Defrantz E. Forrest from South Flex, IN; and Michael Wayne Dickerson, source unknown. Forrest was raised inside a musical family members – his stepfather was the past due Fred Lee Davis, an entertainer who sang numerous South Bend organizations and later using the man chorus at Intensifying Missionary Baptist Chapel; Forrest’s biological dad can be Gene “Duke of Earl” Chandler. Motown unleashed two singles through the recording: Mtume and Lucas’ “The Nearer I Reach You,” and “Nasty Groove,” compiled by Otis Williams, Dennis Nelson, and Tony Haynes. Neither the singles nor the recording did very much business, as well as the group disbanded. In 1997, Weeks changed Ali Ollie Woodson in the Temptations, performing alongside Otis Williams, Ron Tyson, Barrington “Bo” Henderson (Dramatics and Lakeside), and Henry McGilberry (the Futures). Forrest later on sang with Sly, Slick, & Wicked, the Cleveland group that relocated to L.A. (not really the L.A.-centered SSW who documented for Poor Boys Records).
