Brian Shaw is an American basketball coach and retired basketball player that has an estimated net worth of $27.2 million. In school, he became member of the fit team of St. Mary’s College of California and University of California-Santa Barbara. While with the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos, he was identified as the Pacific Coast Athletic Association player of the year. Shaw led the team in winning the NCAA tournament. During the 1988 NBA Draft, he was selected as the 24th overall pick from the Boston Celtics.After his one-year stint together with the team, he played for an Italian team, Il Messaggero Roma in 1989. He retired from playing following the 2002-2003 season. He worked for Lakers as assistant coach throughout the 2004-2005 season. Shaw spent two years as Indiana Pacers’ assistant trainer and affiliated head coach before he became the head coach of Denver Nuggets in 2013.
